We want to make the handoff as easy as possible. Please use our app to book reservations and call or text to coordinate! Please help us create a plan by providing a key in a lockbox, garage code, door code, etc; allowing us to scoop up your furbaby if nobody is home. We work hard to be as flexible as possible so that you can stay on schedule and our team can work through our routes in order.
